The Hampton VIllage Model Home is located at 146 Ada Drive.
The Hours of operation are Mon, Thurs, Fri and Sat 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Sun 1 - 5 p.m. There are completed homes available in many different sizes and floorplans. You may also have the option of selecting your own site and floorplan, and Kerry Hayes will build the home of your dreams, according to your personal selections.
Homes in Hampton Village include a variety of amenities, such as a secluded Guest Wing, Ceramic Tile, Hardwood Floors, Glamour Baths, Stainless Steel Appliance Package, and much, much more. The Homes are built TVA Energy Right Certified, as well as Radon Ready.
